TRAIN THE TRAINERS

A combination of classroom, learning exercises, field work, mentoring and actual hands on training to coach and facilitate on Systems Thinking and Tools of the Learning Organization, and Theory U Innovation Lab. The practice allows the apprentice to view the client from a systemic perspective as key to understanding the client’s situation and setting and achieving appropriate goals. Both the client and coach recognize that there is a gap between current reality and the client’s full potential.

MENTORING PROGRAM

Executive Coaches and facilitators will be assigned to their corporate client and will go on a 6-month mentoring journey in a “Learn by Doing” process to deepen the appreciation and practice of the concepts and tools. The apprentice will be given feedback from the mentors and will gain insights that will be useful to improve and complete the capacity building phase. After the 6-month mentorship, the apprentice will be a member of TRAIL Executive Coaches and facilitators pool.
