u.Lab-S: The Philippine u:Lab

u.Lab-S: The Philippine u:Lab is an action research and leadership program that applies the Five Disciplines of the Learning Organization and the Theory U research and innovation lab methodology to study and think up creative solutions to complex challenges facing organizations and countries today. Transformation occurs in three levels: the Self, the Organization, and Society.

The Rizal Academy for Innovation and Leadership (TRAIL) offers the program in the Philippines every year in partnership with the Presencing Institute, MIT, Cambridge, Mass. USA for government agencies, schools and educators, and other non-profit organizations for collaborative efforts toward Systemic Change for the Philippine Society.
