TRAIL-ExO Accelerate uses the ExO framework and an experiential program design to guide participants in developing an exponential mindset and entrepreneurial skills. It helps learners see how to evolve the current business models of their organization while at the same time create new disruptive initiatives on the edge.

Week 2: ExO ATTRIBUTES

Gain familiarity with the 11 ExO Attributes.
Why having an MTP helps to fuel exponential growth and community engagement? Key questions to ask when creating an MTP

Output:

Draft a Business Model Canvas and ExO Canvas for your Client
Conduct an AWAKE Session with your Client
Help Client identify at least 4 attributes that can be applied to their existing business

Week 3: ExO CONSULTATION

The basics of consulting, the basic of coaching.
Gain familiarity with the immune system of companies, and how to implement the ExO Model in both new and existing organizations, using the Lean Startup Methodology and the ExO Sprint Methodology.
Learn and apply the ExQ assessment tool to your Client.
Begin engaging in the OpenExO Ecosystem and global community

Output:

Conduct an organizational assessment with your Client using the ExQ Survey. Identify ways forward. Update ExO Canvas from previous week.
Start accessing the global ExO platform and engaging with other Consultants via a pre-advisory call.

Week 4: CAPSTONE and CERTIFICATION

Certification and Conclusion
This is a final section where you will receive an individual certification assignment which will be presented at the end of the week for feedback and final assessment. Following the completion of the final survey and evaluation/feedback call, you will then shortly receive your certification decision

Output:

Advisory Call with your Client and ExO Advisor.
Final Capstone Presentation: Update your Client’s ExO Canvas for the final time, craft an action plan.
90-day Action Plan for your practice as an ExO Consultant
