Jimbo is a TRAIL Executive Coach and a Certified ExO Consultant. With an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management, he was Chief Finance Officer in one of the Philippines’ top conglomerates and he was the Department of Finance Undersecretary. With these achievements under his belt, this Industrial Engineering Alumnus from the University of the Philippines is also a volunteer Life Coach.

Marisol is the Co-Founder and current President of TRAIL since 2011, the Founding Director of Society for Organizational Learning (SoL) Philippines in 2008, and Founding Board member of the Global Association of SoL Communities in 2010. She is a graduate of Presencing in Action Masterclass Batch 1, 2010-2012, Counseling Psychology, Ateneo de Manila University, AB Economics, Assumption College.
