The Leadership Challenge 

The COVID-19 global pandemic has disrupted all aspects of Philippine society. Now more than ever, Government and Civil Society are depending on the Business sector for the competence and resources necessary to navigate the New Normal. This requires all Business Leaders to re-think, re-imagine, plan out and implement structural innovations in their own companies so that they can contribute more to the country’s economic recovery Now and in the years to come.

Known as Eco-system Leadership, the questions we need to ask are – How can Leadership be better prepared so that their businesses will not only survive but actually thrive in the Next Normal?  How can Business Leadership optimize available knowledge and technology to bring their companies to its next level of performance excellence and provide more jobs and livelihood to the Filipino people?  How can Business take the lead to co-create a more sustainable future for All in collaboration with Government and the Civil Sector?

Heeding the Call

In response to the challenges brought about by rapid change, TRAIL has pivoted its Executive Coaching Program to be delivered via a 3-month online course, with weekly learning and coaching sessions, with specially trained certified TRAIL Coaches.

Designed for Business Leaders, TRAIL has augmented the program to include the tools and strategies of the Exponential Organization and Lean Management complementing the Five Disciplines of the Learning Organization, and  the Theory U Innovation Lab, for an integrated awareness-based Systems Change process.  The program is designed to create a paradigm shift in leadership from an Ego-centric, and Silo-thinking perspective to an Eco-system Awareness, much needed among leaders today.

Companies are encouraged to send participants in in groups of 6 members, working as a task force who will unlearn and re-learn together using the methodology of action research or “learn by doing”. At the end of the program, participants are expected to present their recommendations for more efficient work processes and structural innovations to bring their organizations to its next level of performance excellence.

  13. Program Closing and Graduation

Time commitment

There will be weekly 3-hour class sessions and scheduled 1 hour coaching sessions with your TRAIL Executive Coach based on the given learning design and structure. The virtual program is output-based and will have presentations of the Assignments. Allocate time to work on self-paced materials and to prepare for a 5 or 10-minute presentation.

Attendance

It is important to attend all live sessions and coaching sessions. The live sessions will be recorded and available to all participants. However, it is important to attend the live sessions and coaching sessions for co-learning and experience with your colleagues in the program. In case you are not able to attend a particular scheduled session, please inform your coach and facilitator. Attendance to all team exercises is required.

Tools

The program is 100% delivered online. Live sessions and coaching sessions will be using dedicated Zoom Rooms. TRAIL ECP Toolkit will be available to all participants through a URL that will be provided. This will contain all the recorded videos, presentation, materials, tools, and reading materials in the learning journey. All participants will also be given access to the TRAIL ECP Community where we can continue conversations, share insights, and build rapport even outside the official sessions. Teams can use communication tools like FB Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp, Google Hangouts etc., to support real time conversations to drive cooperation and collaboration among colleagues in your group.

INVESTMENT

Each participant will receive a Certificate of Completion (if the learning journey has been completed, all outputs were submitted on time).

The program was originally designed for an in-person program at  the price of PHP55,000 plus 12% VAT.
