As organizations face unprecedented challenges brought about by globalization coupled with rapid technological shifts, leaders within organizations must constantly be open to rethink and redesign work processes, and reframe their mental models so as to break vicious cycles of the past. The 21st century has ushered in the Information Age that requires a Learning revolution if organizations are to continue to thrive and survive.
Society for Organizational Learning Philippines (SoL Philippines) is a community of practitioners/managers, consultants/capacity builders, coaches and researchers transforming the Philippines through organizational learning and an awareness-based systems change theory, Theory U.

SoL, the Society for Organizational Learning is a world-wide non-profit community of organizations, consultants and researchers dedicated to increasing collective intelligence in complex human systems.
SOL PHILIPPINES MISSION
Leaders in our disruptive world today must constantly be open to rethink and redesign work processes and reframe the collective mental models to forge the future of their organizations. Through ensuring success in the levels of organizational effectiveness and operational efficacy, we actualize highest potentials that brings forth their collective success.
Oftentimes however, organizations implement change initiatives that are not effective because these solutions come from old mindsets, confirming Albert Einstein’s statement: “solutions to today’s problems cannot come from the same kind of thinking that created the problem.”
The workshops provide the tools and strategies of the Learning Organization in finding solutions to real work challenges. We apply a systematic approach for problem identification, problem solving and solution testing that allows a deeper understanding of our most vexing problems and finding the leverage of sustainable change.
Embracing organizational learning, SoL aims to contribute to co-creating a regenerative society as a natural by-product of day-to-day ways of living and operating. SoL acts as a platform for collaboration – engaging individuals, teams, organizations and larger networks to enable change.
SoL is a global learning community organized into local communities and interest groups. Our goal is to contribute positively to the systems of which we are a part of.
